Do you create custom one-off animals??
Our plushes are designed in micro batches and require custom patterns, fabrics, and safety testing. Creating a single bespoke animal often costs more than a small production run, so we aren’t able to take on one-offs right now. We do log every request—each suggestion helps decide future designs.
How long does shipping take??
Most US orders leave the studio within 3‑4 business days via UPS or USPS. Oversized friends ship in eco-friendly boxes with full tracking.
Can I send this as a gift??
We’re working on it! Right now every plush ships in a protective vacuum-sealed bag inside a sturdy box. Gift notes and wrapping aren’t available yet, but we’ll share updates when that changes.
