How we send your plush friends home

Every StuffedStore plush is hand-stuffed, inspected, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. Most orders ship same day so your new friend arrives quickly. We cover $5 of every order's shipping to keep costs down.

Processing times

  • Most orders ship same day when placed before 2 pm ET.
  • Custom gift notes add at most one extra day for hand-lettering.
  • Tracking is sent the moment a label is created.

Carrier & packaging

We ship via UPS for speed and reliability. Large plush may be gently vacuum-sealed to fit a smaller box and reduce shipping costs—the seal never harms the plush and it fluffs right back after opening.

Unboxing tips

  1. Open the box carefully—scissors away from the plush.
  2. If vacuum-sealed, pop the seal and let the plush breathe for a few minutes.
  3. Give your friend a gentle fluff to restore its full, huggable shape.
