Characters begin as original sketches, then move through rounds of prototyping to lock in the perfect shape, squish, and expression. We choose fabrics that are soft yet sturdy, and we color-test every dye lot for consistency.
Small-batch plushies built to be adored
We pour love into every stage of a StuffedStore plush. From custom illustrations and fabric testing to hand-stuffing with recycled polyfil, quality is a promise we keep for every hug that happens after unboxing.
Hand-stuffed finish
After sewing, each plush travels to our studio where it's hand-stuffed with recycled polyfil for an even, huggable feel. We inspect seams, embroidery, and overall squish before a plush is tagged and packaged.
Final checks
- Pull tests on ears, limbs, and accessories.
- Lint roll and steam finish to remove stray threads.
- Inclusion of a care card with tips to keep your plush looking fresh.
Quality guarantee
If a plush arrives with an issue, let us make it right. Email hello@stuffedstore.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on what you prefer.
