Easy returns for worry-free gifting

We want every StuffedStore plushie to be treasured. If something isn't quite right, our return process is simple and friendly.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Plushies must be unused, unwashed, and include their original tags and packaging. Gift recipients can request store credit if a receipt isn't available.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@stuffedstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid shipping label (U.S. orders) or next steps for international customers.
  3. Drop the package off within 7 days of receiving the label so we can process your refund promptly.

Exchanges & defects

Need to swap for a different character? We'll reserve the new plush once your return is in transit. If your order arrived damaged or with a defect, contact us immediately—we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Store credit is delivered instantly via digital gift card.
